We offer three different WASS packages to fit departments, institutes, labs, projects, and events of all sizes.
Guided Self-Service Setup: $3,900
For smaller departments and institutes whose needs are fulfilled by one of our templates, and who have people available to do the content entry and configuration work, we offer this entry-level option. We provide:
- Initial setup of a template-based WASS site
- Design customized with your logo, color, and fonts
- Training manual and videos
- Two one-hour training sessions
- Two hours of additional setup support
Additional customization can be added at $150/hour.
Customized Template-Based Site with Turnkey Setup: $9,500
If you want us to do it all for you, and you are happy with minor customization of a standard template, this package provides an easy, effective solution at a very affordable cost.
In addition to the items listed above for the self-service setup, we provide:
- Meeting with the key stakeholders to discuss needs and options
- Customization of the template design with your logo, colors, and typeface
- Minor customization of database structure
- Migration of all content from the existing site to the new site
Full-Custom Site with Turnkey Setup: from $19,500
If you want a site that truly stands out, or you have special needs, this option adds:
- Custom-written specification
- Custom visual design
- Two design approaches to choose from, with revisions as needed
- Implementation of custom design in the WASS system
- Customized navigation structure
- Customized database
- Customized training manual and videos
Annual Fees
Webvanta provides complete support, CMS software, hosting, backups, security, and monitoring as part of its service.
The annual fee depends on the level of customization, and whether support is provided to end users by Webvanta or by the IT department.
- Standard sites: $1,000/year ($500 without end-user support)
- Customized template sites: $1,500/year
- Full-custom sites: $2,500/year)
