Webvanta Web Site Design Contest

Build a Great Site and Win a MacBook Pro or iPod Touch!

We built Webvanta to empower designers with more control over how their sites look and function.
Now we want to see how that power's being put to use, and reward the designers making the most of it.

First place: a 13-inch MacBook Pro

Top three runners-up: a 32G iPod Touch

The Rules

We've provided a general summary over on the right, but you'll want to read the full page of official Contest Rules before getting started.

Contest Rules

Here's the quick summary of the contest rules; see the Contest Rules page for the gory details.

  • The site must be created using Webvanta.
  • We're not judging the quality or style of your code, just the effectiveness of the end product as seen by site visitors.
  • The site must look good, though not necessarily identical, on Firefox 3.x, Internet Explorer 7 and 8, and Safari 3 and 4. (Internet Explorer 6 compatibility is not required. Death to IE 6!)
  • The site must be in English, so we can understand it.
  • You must reside in the United States, Canada, the European Union, Australia, or New Zealand.
  • You must be at least 18 years of age.
  • You may work independently or with colleagues, but one person must be designated as the one to receive the prize.
